1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 5 working days of product delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

  • We offer reverse pickup services from your location (subject to availability of courier service in your area).
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Step 3: Quality Check

Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough quality inspection.

Approval of refund/replacement is subject to:

  • Product being unused
  • Original packaging intact
  • No damage or signs of wear

5. Deductions (If Applicable)

Please note:

  • Courier Processing Fee & Platform Handling Charges may be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Exact deduction details (if applicable) will be informed during the return process.

6. Products Not Eligible for Return/Refund

We will not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is used or shows signs of wear and tear.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).
  • Return request raised after 5 working days of delivery.

7. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a fresh order separately.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible without applicable charges.
